Do you have a cavity?
More and more dental decay/cavities are being diagnosed! We need to reduce those numbers.
What can you do today that will improve your oral health and reduce the chances of developing a cavity?
Here are some tips:
🦷Brush at least 2 times a day. Each time for a full 2 minutes.
👀Get into the habit of flossing your teeth.
💧Make water your drink of choice.
🥼Visit your dentist every 6 months.
🍬Limit sugary foods and drinks.
