Happy Halloween! If you carved a pumpkin and are planning on roasting the seeds remember not to crack them open with your teeth! Many seeds do require cracking them open and if you use your teeth it could cause chipping. 🎃

Are you going out to buy sweets for the trick-or-treaters this weekend? Avoid the sticky gummies and lollipops as they can stick to the teeth and even get stuck in between teeth. Instead purchase sugar-free gum! It helps to increase saliva flow, which helps to wash away acids and bacteria present after eating candy. 😀🎃

The most common cause of bad breath is poor oral hygiene, and flossing is essential in fighting bad breath. If you forget to floss before bed frequently, find a time that works better for you. Flossing can be done in the middle of the day at your desk while working or even first thing in the morning when you wake up!
