One important area of hygiene is Oral hygiene and should be a part of every child’s daily routine as well. In fact, parents should take proper care of oral hygiene from the moment their child grows their first tooth! Proper brushing and flossing and make sure your child is not eating sugary food in excess 🍦

Keeping hydrated is the best thing you can do when you’re outside in this heat and make sure your pets are as well!! 🐶 🐱 💦 Bring a container of water with you on walks to hydrate your pet and make sure they don’t burn their paws 🐾 on the hot pavement.

Jackson won a Gold medal 🥇 in the 777m & 333m race and a Bronze 🥉 in the 500m race at the Special Olympic National Winter Games. He is a member for team Ontario 🇨🇦
