Most people know that sugar is bad for teeth. But did you know that when you eat sugar matters just as much as how much you eat? Sipping on a sugary coffee over two hours does more damage than drinking it in ten minutes. Every sip restarts a 20-minute acid attack on your enamel.

The same goes for snacking. Constant grazing keeps your teeth under attack all day. If you are going to have something sweet, enjoy it in one sitting and rinse with water afterward.
