An educational cartoon on what causes cavities! There are other methods of preventing cavities and protecting your teeth not mentioned in the video. Talk to your dentist about cavity prevention and oral health maintenance strategies that work for you!

We LOVE our candy at Rio Dental Centre! If you've visited us, I'm sure you've tried our lollipops or even our mints made with XYLITOL (a natural, safe for all ages sweetener that reduces new cavities, plaque and acid producing bacteria). We LOVE the stuff! Tastes great and great for our oral (and other) health!

Since we always want to do more, try to provide more.. and we probably just have a bit too much fun with what we do sometimes... we want to introduce you to our work-in-progress: COTTON CANDY (that has the same benefits as the xylitol). Here's our first attempt!

We will continue to fiddle with the formulation and flavouring... but it's just too fun to keep our first attempt to ourselves!
