This patient came to our office with “big problem” after having a tooth removed at another office. Patient said that he would “feel water go up into nose when drinking, and the air passing between mouth and nose while breathing.” Unhealed OAF (oroantral fistula) was observed (yellow arrow).

Palatal rotated flap was done to cover up the OAF. Once the area healed, sinus lift was done to prepare the area for future implants.
