Wishing all the trick or treaters a Safe and Happy Halloween! below are some tips to keep your teeth as healthy as possible while enjoying those treats 🍫🍭🍬
*enjoy your candy with a meal or right after, this allows the extra saliva in your mouth break down the sugar and protect your teeth
*avoid the hard sticky candy, these are the hardest to clean and aid in causing cavities
*Brush and floss!
