Have you reapplied for the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?

To keep your coverage active and avoid any lapse in benefits, remember:

📅 As of April 15: You can reapply for your next 12 months of coverage once your taxes are completed. The coverage does not automatically renew!

⏰ June 30 Deadline: Submit your application by June 30 to ensure continuous coverage! If you miss that date, you can still apply.

Please check your "eligibility date" when you receive your renewal letter in the mail.

Don’t delay—reapply today so your smile stays protected! Reach out if you have any questions or need help scheduling your next visit.
