Next up in our Women's History Month series, we're shining the light on Dr. Allison Nicholls, Corus Doctor-Partner at Orthodontics, who brings her passion for care beyond orthodontics through her volunteer work with the Kitchener Waterloo & Stratford Perth Humane Society.

When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her spending time with the cats, offering care, comfort, and a little extra love to animals waiting for their forever homes. And it doesn't stop there! Her team at Stratford Orthodontics launched a contest to encourage and celebrate the different ways their patients are getting involved, giving back, and making a difference locally.

It’s a simple yet powerful reminder that leadership isn’t just about what you do at work, it’s about how you show up in your community. Dr. Nicholls is inspiring those around her to find purpose beyond the practice and get involved in the causes that matter most.
