🧡 Our office will be closed today in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Today is a time to honour the children who never returned home, the survivors, their families, and the communities.

We encourage everyone to take time to listen, learn, reflect, and recognize the importance of truth and reconciliation.

Every Child Matters. 🧡

We will reopen tomorrow with our regular office hours.

This past Sunday, some of our team hit the course for the annual Corey Eddy Memorial Golf Tournament! ❤️

This tournament is especially meaningful to our office, as it honours Corey, the nephew of our receptionist Karen, who tragically lost his life in the Cougar Helicopters crash in 2009. It’s always special to see everyone come together to remember Corey while enjoying a day filled with golf, laughs, and great company.

We even lucked out with the weather ☀️ and everyone had such a great day!

And a little extra shoutout to our own Megan, who walked away with a prize for closest to the hole for the ladies! 👏⛳️ Way to go, Megan!

Even more importantly, all funds raised through the tournament support scholarships for students in the Marine Engineering Systems Design program at the Marine Institute, helping Corey’s memory continue to make a difference for future students. ❤️

A huge thank you to everyone who works so hard to organize and support this special tournament year after year. We’re always proud to be a part of it. ⛳️❤️

🎉 Happy Birthday to our wonderful receptionist, Dana! 🎂💕

Dana is one of those people who always has a smile on her face and a kind word to share. She cares so deeply for our patients and for everyone on our team, and her sweet and thoughtful nature shines through in everything she does. 🥰

Dana has been such a wonderful addition to our office, and we feel very lucky to have her as part of our team!

We hope you have the happiest birthday, Dana! You deserve to be celebrated! 🎈🎉💕

🌸 We really do have the sweetest patients! 💐

Dana got a lovely surprise today when one of our patients brought her this beautiful bouquet of flowers, picked straight from her own garden! 🥰🌷

Such a simple, thoughtful gesture absolutely made her day — and that smile says it all! ❤️

We’re so fortunate to have patients who not only trust us with their care, but also take the time to brighten our days in such thoughtful ways. We really do have the best patients! 💕

🎉 A little late, but the birthday wishes are just as big! 🎉

We celebrated our sweet assistant Ashley last week! 💕 Ashley always has a smile on her face and brings such a kind, positive energy to the office every day.

Ashley takes such great care of Dr. O’Brien and keeps their days running smoothly. They make such a wonderful team, and we love the friendship and laughter they share along the way! 🦷💕

We hope you had the best birthday, Ashley! We’re so lucky to have you on our team! 🥳🎂💕

Today we’re celebrating our sweet Trisha! She may be one of the quieter ones around the office, but she is always so kind and has the sweetest smile. ❤️

And somehow, on her own birthday, she was the one treating us! Trisha brought in some absolutely delicious food made by her family, and we were more than happy to help her celebrate by eating it. 😂

One little warning if you happen to see Trisha around the office… approach with caution! She scares VERY easily, so if you meet her coming around a corner, maybe announce yourself first. We’d hate to send the birthday girl flying! 😂👻

Happy Birthday, Trisha! We hope you had the best day — and please pass along our compliments to the chefs! 🥳❤️

🍦 It’s Miracle Treat Day! 🍦

We couldn’t let the day go by without treating our team to some Dairy Queen Blizzards! And with the weather finally cooperating and giving us a beautiful summer day, a cold treat was definitely well warranted! ☀️😋

Even better, 100% of the proceeds from every Blizzard Treat sold today at participating Dairy Queen locations are donated to local children’s hospital foundations through Children’s Miracle Network. ❤️

A sweet treat for an even sweeter cause — we were more than happy to do our part! 🍦❤️
