As of this evening, the restoration time for businesses downtown is sounding like 2pm. I will be checking in the morning, and will post an update regarding any closure. We know that it is a very confusing time right now and it seems like COVID protocols are constantly changing . Like many other health facilities , Elm Dental has decided to keep our masks mandatory for the foreseeable future.

Our commitment to you guys is safety!

When we call for your appointment reminder we will be verbally screening you for COVID symptoms and also when you arrive for your appointment . We will be encouraging hand hygiene and we ask that you wear your mask except in treatment chair .

The Elm Dental Team will continue the same protocols . Patient specific gowns , masks , shields. We will also be wearing our masks at all times on the clinic floor

We will be following the epidemiology in Nova Scotia and will reassess the need to change protocols on a regular basis ,
