Did you know that a child should have their first orthodontic visit at age 7️⃣?🤓 This allows us to screen for any problems with developing teeth and this could potentially avoid bigger problems in the future⏰. Here’s one example of how early orthodontic treatment can correct a crossbite of the front teeth in a 9 year old child with mixed baby and adult teeth 🦷. This phase one treatment using braces and an expander is helpful to promote healthy growth and development of a child’s teeth and bite.😁 🌱🌳
