🦷 When should you start brushing your children's teeth?

As soon as their first tooth emerges, often around 6 months old!

Gently brush your little one’s teeth twice a day with a tiny smear of toothpaste, about the size of a grain of rice. We recommend using a small, soft-bristled baby toothbrush for best results or using a warm wet cloth as another alternative!

Starting healthy habits early helps set the foundation for a lifetime of happy, healthy smiles! 💙

Welcome Dr. Ashley Ockbazghi!

We are excited to announce that Dr. Ashley Ockbazghi has joined our Wheatland Dental family and will be working at both our Humboldt and Saskatoon locations.

Ashley was born in Saskatoon and raised in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. She completed her Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) at the University of Saskatchewan and is grateful for the opportunity to return to the community that helped shape her.

Ashley is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and believes that trust is the foundation of quality dental care. Her goal is to provide thoughtful, thorough treatment while helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, swimming, watching sports with her family/friends, and exploring new places through travel!
