Pour ce faire, on utilise soit des fils fixes collรฉs en lingual, soit des gouttiรจres amovibles. โœจ
Ces dispositifs sont souvent recommandรฉs ร  long terme, parfois ร  vie, afin de maintenir lโ€™alignement obtenu et de contrer le mouvement naturel des dents qui tendent ร  revenir vers leur position initiale. ๐Ÿ˜
