We haven’t posted in a long time! Going to try to share some cases we’ve done over the last while. This case took almost 2 years to complete.
Started with upper full mouth clearance, to bi-lateral sinus lifts and grafts. Oral Surgeon placed 6 max Straumann implants along with healing abutments. Patient wore removable CUD during this time. Once implants were properly integrated, 6 SRA abutments were placed and a temporary milled fixed prosthesis was fabricated. Patient wore for 6 months while we monitored his function. Upper Fusion bar with milled zirconia was then fabricated for the final prosthesis.
