Reminder! Do you have CDCP? Your renewal is due. If coverage is not renewed by June 1st, your coverage may lapse and you will need to submit a new application. If you do not renew, there will be a gap in your coverage and oral health care services received during a gap will not be covered nor reimbursed retroactively.
