We remain vigilant of the threat of COVID-19. Our front office team will be contacting you prior to your appointment to conduct health screening. We ask that you contact our office to postpone your appointment if you are ill or have been exposed to someone who is COVID-positive.
For the safety of our patients and staff, we don't allow walk-ins. While attending your appointment we require you to wear your mask and attend your appointment alone unless circumstances require assistance.
