☕️ Coffee vs. 🍵 Tea: Which stains your teeth more?

The answer might surprise you...

Many people think coffee is the biggest culprit, but black tea can actually stain teeth even more! That's because it contains high levels of compounds called tannins, which can stick to tooth enamel and attract stains.

🦷 Coffee: Causes yellow to brown stains over time.

🍵 Black Tea: Often leaves darker, more noticeable stains.

🟢 Green & Herbal Teas: Generally stain less, but can still affect teeth with frequent consumption.

✨ How to reduce staining:
✔️ Rinse your mouth with water after drinking.
✔️ Avoid sipping for long periods.
✔️ Brush your teeth about 30 minutes later (not immediately after acidic drinks).
✔️ Visit your dentist for regular cleanings.

A healthy smile doesn't mean giving up your favorite drink—it just means taking good care of your teeth! 😁

Which one can't you live without—coffee or tea? Tell us in the comments! ⬇️

*Note:* Black tea generally stains teeth more than coffee because of its higher tannin content, although both can contribute to discoloration over time depending on how much and how often you drink them.
