To My Patient Family,
I have been practicing dentistry in Richmond Hill for 24 years now. Many of you have been with me for most of those years and we have watched each other’s families grow (and my beard turn from red to white..). You, better than anyone know that to me, the business of dentistry has never been that – it has been my life and because of you, I have thoroughly enjoyed it. As many of you know, most of our kids (and our grandkids!) live in Israel now. Susan and I feel that strong pull, and have decided that the next chapter of our lives will entail us moving to the Holy Land.
Contemplating entrusting your care to someone else was a very difficult task for me. I have known many of you for years and have had a chance to build real and lasting relationships. It was critical that whoever replaces me, (though never as cute or funny as me!), had to be someone who I could trust would have your best interests at heart. There were a number of applicants interested in my practice and from that group I have selected one that I trust, both as a fine person and a conscientious Dentist, who shares my dental philosophy and approach to dental treatment (in this case with an additional special interest in Orthodontics). Dr. Rosenda (Rosette) Pineda Nodalo has been a dentist for over twenty years. I really like Dr Nodalo and have come to appreciate her positive outlook and respect her commitment to delivering the highest quality of patient care. Keep your eyes open for a note of introduction from her.
The transition process began on February 5th. However, I will continue to work for the next four months doing what gives me great joy –treating and schmoozing with my patients! My wonderful staff, (Emilia, Sharon, Elizabeth, Cathy, Diane, and Carolina), will continue to meet and treat you in the manner to which you have become accustomed.
I have had the wonderful privilege of being involved with so many families, watching the children grow and mature, get married, and now watching the extended families grow and mature. I am blessed with a practice of loyal and interesting patients and a staff who continue to inspire me with their caring attitude, their dedication and their work ethic. I am convinced that Dr Nodalo and I, with their help, will continue to give you the best standard of care possible.
