This week we want to take a moment to give a special shout-out to three amazing hygienists who have gone above and beyond to keep our smiles healthy and bright. First up, we have CHRIS, who always greets her patients with a warm smile and makes them feel at ease during their appointments. Her attention to detail and gentle touch make her a true standout in the field. Next, we have VALERIE, who is known for her exceptional skills. She takes the time to explain everything from proper brushing and flossing techniques to the latest dental technologies, empowering her patients to take charge of their oral health. Last but not least, we have ASHLYN, who is a true advocate for preventative care. She believes that a healthy mouth is the foundation for a healthy body, and works tirelessly to help her patients achieve optimal oral health. Thank you Chris, Valerie and Ashlyn for all that you do! Monday, October 5 is National Do Something Nice Day. Besides being good for someone else, and good for the collective mental health of our country, turns out that acts of kindness are also good for your own health. Studies confirm that doing good boosts happiness and well-being and it doesn’t matter who you do the good deed for. From family member to stranger, even for yourself, the rewards you reap for kindness are blind to the recipient!
