Dens Evaginatus Case: From Revascularization Attempt to MTA Apical Plug

Dens evaginatus is a dental anomaly where an extra horn or cusp grows on the occlusal surface. This extra horn is risky because it contains pulp tissue and can easily break, leading to severe infections. Revascularization was planned. At the first visit the canal just irrigated with sodium hypo chlorite and CH was placed. At the second visit, tried to induce bleeding. Nothing happened. Treatment was changed to MTA apical plug. 2-year follow up shows normal periapical area.
