Our priority is to ensure your next visit is a safe one. We need your help and cooperation.
You are required to wear a mask to enter the clinic, it can be any type of mask. There is a $3.00 charge to supply you with one.
• Please do not enter the building if you feel unwell, have a fever, cough or have travelled outside of the province or
country in the last two weeks.
• When you arrive put on your mask to cover your mouth and nose and enter the clinic.
• As soon as you enter, please use the hand sanitizer provided and report to the front desk.
• Only the patient is to enter the clinic. No friends or family members are allowed. One parent is permitted for our child
patients. If the patient will require assistance, please let us know.
• Changes at the clinic you may notice include plexiglass screens, and extra personal protective equipment like gowns
and face shields for everyone’s protection.
• Payments must be made before leaving the clinic. Accepted methods are: Debit, Visa, MasterCard, or an e-transfer.
Conversations will be limited to dental or medical issues
relevant to treatment to maximize safety.
We always follow our professional association protocol, including:
• Wearing masks, taking temperatures and by hand washing/sanitizing often.
• Everything is disinfected between patients.
• Limiting how many people are coming in and out of the building to maintain social distancing protocol.
• Limited talking, kept strictly to dental or medial related issues.
• Following all CDSS guidelines.
• The health of our dentist and team is screened daily.
