While you’re in orthodontic treatment, sugary drinks can increase plaque buildup and your risk of cavities and white spots around your brackets. Cold drinks may also trigger extra sensitivity while your teeth are moving.

💧 Choose water whenever possible
🥛 Milk is another smile-friendly option
✨ If you want something different, reach for a sugar-free choice (although water is our number one recommendation)
