Reminder for any of our current patients currently enrolled in CDCP, June 1/26 is the date to reapply for your current coverage WITHOUT there being a lapse in current coverage. Current patients whom had coverage last year, your current card expires June 30/26, Applying prior to June 1/26 means coverage will be seamless without any lapse.
If you can done your 2025 taxes and received your notice of assessment you can reapply now.
