Recent crown which developed symptoms and treatment was initiated. The clinician couldn’t locate the canals and referred. The canals were quite narrow, especially the MB but the other issue was the access which did not give a chance to locate the canals.

Patient comes in with mild pressure and pain. The PA doesn’t show a great deal but then a CBCT is taken and wow!! It’s big !! Medicated 3 times and at 1 year have almost complete healing !!! 😅

Recall on this case as the patient was in for another tooth. Relatively straightforward with a missed Pa canal on the bicuspid. I’m often surprised how often these get missed but sometimes it’s assumed there is only 1 canal. GW treated and complete healing noted at 3 years.

Previously initiated treatment but difficulty locating all the canals. GW treated and Bioclear composite. ❤️

C shaped lower molar. This started by the general dentist but they weren’t comfortable completing due to the aberrant anatomy. Wide ribbon like canal system and I located the ML branch which was quite far to the lingual. I know there is no perfect irrigation but GW does well to clean this kind of anatomy without having to enlargen the canals.

This patient presented with a palatal swelling. History of extensive orthodontic treatment and the canine was moved a great deal leading to necrosis. The canine had treatment done almost 20 years ago. The bone loss here was extensive so I medicated this tooth multiple times over 6 months until I noted healing. At 9 months not complete but good healing. happy all around. !

Fun but very busy weekend in Edmonton getting Jasmine and Tyler all moved into their new place and next chapter of their life! Exciting but a bit a sad for me 😬… We built a lot of Ikea furniture in 2 days 😆😆. love you Jasmine ❤️
