We’re currently looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our clinic and ensure a smooth and positive experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
-Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
-Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
-Process payments, insurance claims, and billing
-Maintain patient records and ensure all data is accurate and confidential
-Coordinate with dental staff to optimize scheduling and clinic flow
-Keep the front office area clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
-Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
