Another case Dr Rami is proud of 🥹

THE PROBLEM 🛑
This patient was tired of a removable plate always moving around catching food around it, not being able to chew steak or granola bars, biting their cheek and of course the metal show - all common complaints we hear about dental partial plates that are removable.

THE SOLUTION ✅

Doctor Rami provided a very strong and secure option. With his surgical skills he placed 3 dental implants (see X-ray 🩻 below) ⬇️ . He did it all right in our office!

The dental implants act as 3 separate teeth with porcelain crowns that you can floss brush and do not move. There is no metal show. Now the patient can eat steak / granola bars / nuts / anything really! 😁😄😃

This is why a second option is very important these days.

This is a typical dentists dream: $3000/tooth !?!🤑

The upper crowns may look darker but they are functional and perfectly fine! No need to replace.

The lower teeth are worn down, no doubt, but with $3-400 fillings and a $600 night guard a lot of this can be fixed maintained and future wear prevented !

We just do things differently.

We’ve had a few people ask what’s the case below look like underneath the smile 😀

Here are the X-rays before the implant with the tooth missing and the other X-ray shows the implant after Dr Rami surgically placed it. 🪄 🎊

This patient was missing a tooth. The patient was given different options ☺️

Since the other teeth were “virgin teeth” with no fillings. Dr Rami suggested a dental implant so nothing else was shaved down or damaged. This was most conservative in approach 🤓

Dr Rami himself placed the implant and a few months later made a crown on top of it. The final result was so good the patient forgot which one was the new “fake tooth” 😁😎
