Should I brush first or floss?

A very common question by all-

Well, the answer is Floss.

- when you floss first, you dislodge the food particles, bacteria, and plaque from in between the teeth which get cleaned easily with brushing after.

-brushing with fluoridated toothpaste after flossing leads to greater retention of fluoride in between teeth which protects your teeth against cavities and gum disease.

And consistency is the key to any habit.

Why is it important to brush just before you go to bed?

Going to bed without brushing your teeth means your teeth will be covered in bacteria and food particles the entire night. Bacteria digest the food particles on teeth and the byproduct is acid production which damages the tooth enamel and leads to cavities.

So nighttime brushing is highly recommended.
