Practice what we preach… most of the time! 🍫😂🦷

With Halloween just around the corner, we know the candy and chocolate are going to be hard to resist… even for us! 🎃🍬

But here’s the thing: You don’t have to give up sugar completely to have healthy teeth!

Sugar feeds the bacteria in your mouth, which produce acids that can weaken your enamel and lead to cavities. The more frequently you’re snacking on sugary treats, the more often your teeth are exposed to those acids.

Our advice? Enjoy your Halloween treats, but be mindful! 👇

🍫 Enjoy sweets in moderation.
💧 Drink water after sugary snacks.
🪥 Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste and floss every day.
🍬 Avoid grazing on candy throughout the day.

Because even dental professionals enjoy a little chocolate now and then! 😉
