Our view from our cabin, every year me and my college besties have a reunion at the DHPO - Dental Hygiene Practitioners of Ontario conference. It's a really lovely tradition that we hope to keep up every year! Today, we get to do a hands on course on hand instrumentation as well as a course on modern protocols for non-surgical periodontal therapy 🦷❤️

I have arrived to the always beautiful and welcoming, Elmhirst Resort in Keene, Ontario for the DHPO conference.

This conference is all Dental Hygiene based with a concentration on Independent practices. I can't wait to see what I will learn this weekend to bring back with me to work on Monday, I always feel renewed and rejeuvenated after conferences - surrounded by other like minded business owners and passionate Registered Dental Hygienists! 💓🦷🪥😁

I've been so busy between moving houses and setting up the clinic that I forgot to post the update photos!

We reopened last Monday after 10 loonnnggg days of working with our amazing team of family, friends and professionals to get the job done. I am beyond happy with how it all turned out, loving working in the new space and can't wait to see you all here. There are still several things to be finished but here is a current look at Roots Dental Hygiene - Forest Park edition ❤️🦷🪥❤️

Please note: Google has not allowed us to update the address yet. I did not realize what a pain it would be to do so, we had to submit videos, proof of new address etc. And they denied us so I've sent more in and now they say it could take 30 days to update. So sorry for the confusion!

We have found our dream spot and cannot wait to welcome you into a bigger and even brighter space, located in the tranquil forest on Forest Park Road.

**Please note** This will be for appointments in December and beyond-so November patients will still be at Bell Street!

I can't believe Roots Dental Hygiene is 4 years old today!🥳🥂 I see 'her' as one of my babies. So much work, blood, sweat and tears goes into opening, sustaining and especially growing a business.

I am so thankful to each of my clients, friends and family who believes in me, supports me and my business and trusts me with your oral care needs.

Today, I am proud of myself and what I have built and I look forward to the new transitions to come as I grow and flow with the ups (and downs) to come. 🥰

Last week I attended the Canadian Dental Hygiene Association Conference in Niagara Falls and I had the best time. Met some amazing colleagues who inspire me to do all the things, and to NEVER STOP LEARNING! 📚🤓
