🦷💥 Protect Your Smile:The Dangers of Acid on Teeth 💥🦷

Did you know that the acids in your favorite foods and drinks can slowly wear down your teeth over time? 😬

⚡ What Happens?
Acidic foods and drinks (like soda, citrus fruits, and coffee) can erode your tooth enamel — the protective outer layer of your teeth. Once enamel is gone, it can’t grow back, leading to increased sensitivity, cavities, and even tooth decay.

🥤 Common Culprits:
- Soda & energy drinks
- Citrus fruits & juices
- Coffee & wine
- Sports drinks

🛑 How to Protect Your Smile:
1. **Drink water** after acidic foods or drinks to neutralize the acid.
2. **Wait 30 minutes** before brushing after consuming acidic items (brushing right away can spread the acid!)
3. **Chew sugar-free gum** to increase saliva flow and naturally protect enamel.
