Give our office a call today and we can check how much money you have left on your insurance for 2021. Our staff can also help you go over your outstanding treatment and calculate with your insurance what treatment can be completed before 2021 is over. In a brief description, this job position will consist of; Assisting the dentist during examinations and procedures, preparing operatories by moving needed equipment into place, disinfecting operatories once appointments are completed, maintaining a well-kept sterile bay, making sure patients are comfortable throughout their appointment.

A healthy and well-balanced diet is important for your oral health; it is important that your body gets the nutrients that it needs, when it needs them. The Canadian Dental Association recommends eating a well-balanced diet that is low in sugar and high in fruits and vegetables. This is because foods and drinks that are hard, chewy, sugary, and/or acidic (including alcohol) can damage and weaken your enamel, making your teeth and gums receptive to decay and gum disease. There is nothing wrong with indulging yourself every now and then, but it is important that when you do, you rinse, brush, and floss right after to remove any damaging substances from your teeth as sugar is the number one cause of tooth decay (cavities). By fueling your body with healthy foods, you are helping maintain good oral health as well as good general health! 🍊🧁🥤
