Dolder bar with a modified design:
This case involved two closely positioned anterior implants, where a standard Dolder clip alone was assessed as insufficient for optimal retention. To enhance stability, our in-house designer incorporated an equator attachment centrally within the bar, achieving a clean, efficient, and functional solution. The bar was milled in-house and fabricated to fit directly onto Zimmer abutments.
