Meet our Registered Dental Hygienist, Tereza!
Tereza’s journey in dentistry began in her home country of Brazil, where she practiced as a dentist with a focus on periodontics. Her passion for helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles eventually brought her to Canada, where she returned to school and successfully became a Registered Dental Hygienist.
Many of our patients already know and love Tereza. She consistently receives wonderful feedback for her ability to explain oral health conditions with genuine passion, clarity, and care. Patients appreciate how she takes the time to help them understand their oral health in a way that is easy to follow, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
When she’s not caring for patients at the clinic, Tereza enjoys expressing her creativity through drawing and baking. She loves spending time in the kitchen making beautiful cakes and fresh sourdough bread, always with the help of her famous sourdough starter, Antonio (scroll to see his picture 😆).
Above all, Tereza treasures time with her family and believes there is no greater expression of love than preparing a warm, homemade meal for the people she cares about most.
