🪥 Parents' reminder!

Even when children want to brush on their own, they still need a little help. Most kids benefit from supervision and assistance until around age 7 or 8, when they have the coordination to brush thoroughly.

Building healthy habits now helps set the foundation for a lifetime of healthy smiles. 💙

🍋 Lemon water is a refreshing way to stay hydrated, especially during the summer—but your teeth need a little extra care.

Because citrus is acidic, sipping lemon water throughout the day can gradually wear away enamel. Try drinking it with meals, using a straw when possible, and rinsing with plain water afterward.

Small habits can go a long way in protecting your smile!

⏰ Two minutes can make a big difference.

Brushing too quickly can leave behind plaque and food particles that contribute to cavities and gum disease. Aim for a full two minutes, twice a day, and be sure to brush every surface of every tooth.

Your smile is worth those extra moments! 🦷✨
