For 18 years, her office has been providing professional dental services to Oakbank and the surrounding area. Our goal is to help the community of Springfield to maintain their oral and dental health. The team at Springfield Dental Centre aims to ensure all their patients and families receive a friendly, courteous and helpful experience. As a courtesy to our patients, our practice offers direct billing to all insurance companies. As well, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Interact.

** ATTENTION CDCP MEMBERS**
** ITS TIME FOR RENEWAL**

If you're currently covered under the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), you'll need to renew your coverage each year to stay eligible. Your coverage may change based on your household income.

Step 1: file your 2024 taxes (and wait for your Notice of Assessment)

Step 2: renew your CDCP coverage online through your “My Service Canada Account” at www.canada.ca or call 1-833-537-4342 (24/7)

Step 3: after renewing, you'll get a determination letter—check it for changes to your co-payment level (you will not get a new card)

Step 4: bring your letter to your provider to avoid surprise charges

IMPORTANT: Submit your renewal before June 1, 2025 to avoid a gap in coverage.
