How Much Does a Dental Implant Cost?
The cost of a dental implant depends on more than just the implant itself. Your overall treatment plan is based on your oral health, bone volume, and the position of the missing tooth.

Why Can Your Tooth Be Sensitive After a Filling?

It’s normal to feel some sensitivity after a dental filling. Your tooth has just been treated, and the nerve may need a little time to settle. Common triggers include cold drinks, sweet foods, or chewing on the treated side.
According to our general dentist Sohaila Rahimi Lascokelaye, mild sensitivity in the first few days is expected. She recommends paying attention to how the tooth reacts to temperature changes and avoiding very cold drinks if they cause sharp discomfort. Most patients feel better as the tooth heals.
If the sensitivity doesn’t improve, Dr. Sahaila advises not to put a quick check‑up off. Sometimes the tooth simply needs a small bite adjustment to feel comfortable again.

• Use a soft baby toothbrush and a tiny amount of fluoride toothpaste.
• Keep sugary drinks and snacks to a minimum.
• Visit the dentist every 6 months to support healthy teeth and development.
