Our long time CDA is retiring soon. We are seeking a dedicated Certified Dental Assistant with Ortho Module certification to join our small (only one dentist) but dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a passion for patient care, and experience with orthodontic procedures. Familiarity with dental software Cleardent is valued.
What You’ll Do
Assist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including orthodontic treatments.
Take and develop dental radiographs, including orthodontic images, ITERO SCAN, make essix retainers.
Manage patient records using dental software CLEARDENT, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Educate patients on orthodontic care, post-treatment instructions, and oral hygiene practices.
Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment adhering to infection control protocols.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient clinic operations and excellent patient experiences.
What You Bring
• Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) qualification with Ortho Module
• Experience with ClearDent is an asset (however training available)
• A friendly, calm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a patient-first mindset
