We took this year’s New Year Re-set on the road! Our retreat was warmly hosted by Gillespie House Inn in beautiful Parrsboro, Nova Scotia. We were spoiled from start to finish, with gorgeous rooms, comfy beds, and incredible details. Their breakfast was fit for royalty, and the on-site yoga studio was perfect for our meditation, journaling, sound bath, and yoga sessions. ✨

We love starting the New Year with intention - we reflected on the past year, looked forward to growing both together and individually, discussed new dental research and innovation, strategized on communication and cohesion as a team, and of course, had some laughs together. 💕

Thank you to the Gillespie House Inn for the perfect venue for our retreat! We can’t wait to come back! ☺️

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, and today is Pictou County’s Run for the Cure! 💗

For Canadian women, 1 in 8 are expected to develop breast cancer in her lifetime, accounting for about 25% of new cases of cancer in women in Canada.
