es’ is a hometown native of Westville and is thrilled to be back in Pictou County. He received his Bachelor of Science degree with an Advanced Major in Biology from St. Francis Xavier University and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Dalhousie University. Arthur is proudly the recipient of the Dr. William A. MacInnis Scholarship for demonstrating a strong commitment to the ethical practice of dentistry. Eric graduated from Acadia in 1980, and from Dalhousie Dental School in 1984. Eric married his high school sweetheart Donna, and they have 3 daughters,Lauren, Haley, Julia and one delightful grandson Evan. Eric practiced with his sister Dr. Sue Lewis for 31 years, prior to her retirement in late 2015. Eric and Sue practice next door to their father Colin Beaton, who operated a Denture Clinic for over 50 years. Eric enjoys all aspects of Dentistry, but has a special interest in Orthodontics.
