When this patient came to us, their upper lateral incisor was severely damaged by external resorption. Saving the tooth wasn’t possible, but that didn’t mean we couldn’t restore their smile. Dr. Coussa gently extracted the tooth, placed an implant with bone grafting, and provided a temporary tooth to keep their smile intact.
After healing, he placed a crown on the implant and completed the esthetic work with a veneer on the adjacent tooth. The result was natural, functional, and made just for them.
