Dr. Robert Dorion named to Forensic Odontology Consensus Body of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences Standards Board

Dr. Robert Dorion has been invited to become a member of the Forensic Odontology Consensus Body of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences Standards Board. The position is a voting member responsible for developing, reviewing, and voting on standards and technical reports in the field of forensic science.

For 20 years, Dr. Dorion has taught the Forensic Dentistry course offered through the Continuing Dental Education program. Following efforts by Dr. Dorion towards this goal, the Forensic Dentistry Program is approved by the American Board of Forensic Odontology, one of only three such programs in North America. The course provides theoretical and practical knowledge in forensic dentistry.
