INVISALIGN

Retreat Case, patient was unhappy with her smile. Correction overbite and overjet, expansion and correction to class 1 using carrier motion. Whitening was done at the end and retreat of her lateral veneers with resin.

Lips and soft tissue looking way more symmetrical.

ESTHETIC ZONE

Story time needed.

1. Failing bridges aesthetically unpleasant and decay/resorption of left canine. Very limited space was present because of lateral agenesis for which patient already had ortho treatment and fixed bridges.
2. Opted option was to do an implant position 23 with mesial cantilever which was done immediately including temporization of all the sextant. Gum grafting was refused by patient.
3. Amazing healing but patient had trauma on tooth 21 which got luxated and left in sub ideal position.
