We pride ourselves on patient care, teamwork and having a great business hours to balance work/home life. New grads are encouraged to apply.

Guidelines for Patients During COVID-19

• Fill out pre-screening questionnaire online prior to appt.
• Wear a community mask if you have one; otherwise disposable mask will be provided.
• Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appt.
• Come alone (unless you require assistance or are bringing your child to their appt)
• If the door is locked when you arrive it means the waiting room is full. Please return to your
car to wait and call us to let us know you have arrived.
• Please sanitize your hands upon entering the clinic and take a seat until the assistant escorts
you to the treatment room.
• Your temperature will be taken upon arrival.
• You may be required to pre-rinse with diluted peroxide in the treatment room.
• A rubber dam will be used whenever possible.
• Following treatment you will be asked to wash or sanitize your hands.
• Following treatment you will put your mask back on.
• Payment by credit or debit only.
