A few tips to avoid a dental emergency while we can’t be in the office to help you.
1. Avoid hard foods. If you have a lot of fillings or crowns skip the crusty bread for now.
2. Moderate consumption of acidic beverages should be avoided. This can erode enamel and cause sensitivity.
3. Be kind to your gums. Be thorough when you are brushing and flossing , but be gentle.
