Some dental myths deserve red cards 🟥

1. "Sensitive teeth automatically mean you have a cavity."

Not at all! Sensitive teeth can mean a number of things and it's best to get them checked out by a dentist.

2. "Brushing harder cleans better."

Absolutely not! It may "feel" cleaner or better but brushing too hard can actually cause damage to your teeth and gums. It's best to brush gently.

3. "Orthodontics is only about appearance."

Not true! Orthodontics can help improve your dental care and help you clean your teeth better.

4. "Braces are just for kids."
