Follow these simple steps!

✅ Brush with your toothbrush in an angle for the front teeth
✅ Make sure you go over all surfaces and the inside and outside; chewing areas, back molars, and your tongue.
✅ Spit out everything in your mouth
✅ Rinse with little water
