🦷 A healthy smile starts with a little care every day!

Today is a great reminder that taking care of your teeth is about more than just having a beautiful smile. Good oral health plays an important role in your overall well-being!

✨ Brush twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
✨ Floss daily to clean between your teeth.
✨ Stay on top of your regular dental checkups.
✨ Don't ignore small dental concerns before they become bigger problems.

A little prevention today can make a big difference tomorrow!

Let's keep those smiles healthy and happy! 💙

September 30 is a day to pause, reflect and remember.

We recognize the truths of the residential school system and honour the children, Survivors, families and Indigenous communities whose stories must continue to be heard.

Reconciliation is an ongoing journey of listening, learning and understanding. 🧡

🍂 New Season, New Toothbrush!

Happy First Day of Fall from Kozovski Family Dentistry! 🍁 As the seasons change, it’s a great time for a little refresh, including your toothbrush. 🪥

If the bristles are worn or frayed, or it’s been about three to four months since you replaced it, consider this your fall reminder to swap it for a fresh one.

New season. Fresh toothbrush. Healthy smile! 😁
