But most of all, we're grateful for our patients who trust us with their smiles and allow us to be part of their dental journey.

🪥 6 mistakes you might be making when brushing your teeth
Brushing twice a day is important, but technique matters too!
❌ Brushing too hard – More pressure ≠ cleaner teeth.
❌ Using hard bristles – Soft bristles are gentler on your gums and enamel.
❌ Rinsing right after brushing – Spit, don’t rinse, to let fluoride stay on your teeth longer.
❌ Ignoring hard-to-reach areas – Don’t forget your gumline and the backs of your teeth.
❌ Forgetting your tongue – A clean tongue can help keep your breath fresher.
❌ Brushing too quickly – Aim for 2 minutes, twice a day.
