GUM LIFT/ CROWN LENGTHENING.

Gummy smiles can be due to many reasons. This lovely patient has excess maxillary jaw which would ideally require a surgery to reduce the excess but in this case patient had Ortho and crown lengthening. Orthodontics was completed by the amazing Dentalign Orthodontics then we did surgical crown lengthening to expose the teeth covered by gums and bone. Patient was educated on orthognathic surgery to completely remove the gummy smile but we are happy with what were able to achieve with ortho and crown lengthening.
